Still waiting for feedback

I was involved in the car accident with one of your client in November 2013. I logged a third party claim in November and submited all the documents that were requested to Amos Seanego, but I have not yet received any feedback. I sent numerous emails requesting a feedback, but no one came back to me. My insurance is willing to assist but they need excess amount that I do not have. can someone assist please.
