We apologise for this continuous frustration.
A query was submitted on the 02/01/2014 and regrettably was not actioned by the relevant area. Sherylyn has escalated this matter to management on her side to reverse the R25 charged and to cancel the service.
We have requested Sherylyn to advise once this has been done and will advise you as well.
