I Did it ."MiWay"

So I get stuck with my vehicle on Monday morning at 8:25AM and decide to call Miway as I'm covered for road side assistance. I'm told I will receive 2sms' s (one to say I logged a call and another with the towing company's details/estimated time of arrival). I don't receive the 2nd sms and after about 30minutes I call back. I'm told in a very unprofessional manner that I must be patient because they have an influx of calls. off I decided to do things "Miway" and organise my own towing. So after about 20minutes the company I call rocks up and loads my vehicle and takes it to the workshop. Wasting no time my vehicle is worked on and we find the problem And fix it as well. Next thing my phone goes off at 10:49AM with the second sms of who will be towing me and estimated time of arrival would be at 11:19AM. If I didn't do things "MiWay" I would have been waiting along the road at quite a dangerous location for almost 3hours before I would have been helped. I paid for the towing out of my own pocket, lost a days work and money as I was forced to take the day off but I am happy I finally get the real meaning of "I did it MiWay" its Friday today and still they "investigating"
