On 3 February 2014, I applied for a gold credit card over the internet. While applying, I got a message that I don't qualify for a gold credit card but I qualify for another credit card which was mentioned, and if I'm interested in getting the other credit card, I must proceed of which I did. I was then asked to send the documents and I did. I received a message that my application has been received and it will be processed and the reference number is FI1842735. On 6 February I received a call so that I must confirm if I did apply for a credit card and I confirmed it. After about 2 hours, I received an SMS with a message that I don't qualify for a gold credit card but I qualify for another credit and I must call Nedbank (number given). I called immediately and the person on the call centre showed no interest in helping me. He just said that I need to apply for a Keyona card and I tried to explain to him that the first message said I was directed to the correct card that I qualify for and I even sent the documents but he was not interested and said I must re-apply for a Keyona card. Please help.
