UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!

Utterly disgusted by the lack of customer service from FNB. I am trying to urgently have my details changed, but no one is willing to assist with this.
I personally went into the Sandton branch 3 weeks ago to have this changed - only to find out this week that it is still the same. I have tried calling and emailing, but still absolutely no service from you people.
What don't you understand by the word: URGENT!!!
I am truly and utterly disgusted!!! Please contact me via email or the number provided.
