Very Bad Service from Standard Bank Ucount

Since joining the STD Bank Ucount rewards program around September 2013 I still haven't received the rewards card. I called the Call Centre more than 3 times and gave them my delivery address and they still failed to deliver the card. How do they expect me redeem my points at participating retailers without a card and what is it that I need to do get the card?
