I resigned in October. I submitted forms for Taking my contribution. After initially being told that it would take 7-14 days to receive payout, when I phoned today, I was told that it first need to be reviewed by third parties. I was also told that I couldn't speak to any supervisor to speed up the process. I submitted the things on 24/01/2014, hoping that the 14 day period was ending. I need someone to contact me to speed up the process.
