I don't know why standard bank has complaints department because it's useless like their staff at braamfontein branch. I lodged a complain with standard bank and I was told that I will get feedback within 5 days but I had to ask them how far they are with the investigation. Finally when you do get a reply u get a rude branch manager called mr Tshabalala who tells u that its your word against the consultant's and that u were not supposed to be helped that means u as the client u are wrong and the consultant is right. Way to go standard bank, and when I called the complains department I was told to take it up with the branch manager who is rude and less helpful tjo :-(
