I am a chartered accountant with my own practice. I have been using the My Billing system to pay my SARS efiling Suddenly the system doesnt work and I dont pay my VAT because it does not appear on the My Billing system. I phone my branch and the call centre and I get the same response. WE ARE AWARE THAT THERE ARE PROBLEMS IGNORE MY BILLING AND LOG SARS AS A BENEFICIARY.If Standard Bank knew that there was a problem why did they not communicate this to us THE CUSTOMER.No they just ignored it and hoped it would go away.
By the way First National Bank has a great system which works. Maybe you should borrow there computer technicians or maybe we should just move there
