Standard Bank advertised an Insolvent Property on "My Roof" ref: MR 091910 with the Erf size of 1972m2.
* I engaged the appointed Trustees with an OTP on 28 November 2013. I then issued a revised OTP on 24 January 2014.
* On 27 January 2014, I sent Standard Bank and the Trustees an e-mail confirm that my OTP was based on the Erf size being 1972m2.
* The OTP was accepted on 05 February 2014, and I was given the name of the Transferring attorneys.
* The attorney's informed me today that the Erf was sub-divided and now stands at 1152m2.
I think that there is something untoward going on here, and will resort to Legal action.
