I have sent mails, one 3 weeks ago, regarding premiums taken from my account for the past 2 months, of which i have no knowledge or given any approval. i am busy with a death claim for my ex wife, which passed away 3 years back, but all these policies were paid up before time of death. Why the amounts taken from me now? If I do not get an acceptable answer soon, I will have no choice but to take this matter further!! I have had absolutely no response, and want my money back and this payment stopped immediately!!
