To Whom it may concern
I put in a claim to get my phone fixed, everything was fine i made the payment they said i only need to pay R215 to get the phone fix (it wasn't necessary to be replaced) Yesterday i spoke to prudence (she really help me alot through this process) She told me the phone is fixed and delivery would take up to 3-4 working days, i gave her my delivery address for the phone to be delivered to me.
So i phoned this morning just to find out where the phone is, and the gentlemen on the other line told me that they need to replace my phone he will call me back, so my question is whats really going on? Who do i believe prudence or this other guy? Coz i have been without my phone now for more than 3 months and its really getting ridiculous. Can some one please just give me the right answer ASAP
