According to TVs, Radios and their own OUTsurance website, if they can't beat your personal car premium, you get R400 back. This is FALSE everyone.
I enquired with them and as per their T and C, they were unable to beat my quote. I received a reference number via SMS with a unique pin to access page where details were submitted and advised that the payment of R400 would be made to my account thereafter.
This was on 08 Jan 2014 and I am still awaiting to receive the so called "R400" as they could not beat my Dial Direct premium. I have followed up twice telephonically with no luck.
Id like to know why you falsely advertise to consumers OUTsurance??
