I have applied for debt review in 2008. Filled in all the necessary paperwork and paid all the required money over. A debt settlement and budget was provided and since then I am paying the monthly payment as required. In December of 2013 I received an email from them requesting me to resubmit all the necesssary documentation as my original application was not submitted, although I have been paying every month. How can it take them 5 years to find out that my application was not submitted. All of my creditors are now phoning me and demanding full payment on the overdue accounts and threating me with garnishee orders and blacklisting again. If I had the money to pay my creditors I would not be under debt review. No one at Debt Busters can tell me why it took them 5 years to find out that my application was not submitted and how can I be paying every month. Please explain this to me!!!
