Deduction from my bank account

I changed my account to bank with standard bank, I have been with them for only 4months. I arranged a stop order with them and also arranged to pay extra to cover the arrears as arranged and the deduction started in December and January 2014.

To my surprise they made another deduction without informing me, and I do not understand how can they deduct without at least calling or sending me a sms. I was under the impression that banks can be trusted.

I called standard bank to make arrangements with them to pay extra to clear all the arrears, I did not run or ignore my responsibility, now they are authorised to use people account without any authorisation. Please, please help me to return my money (R800, 00) back into my account.

This is very disturbing for banks like standard bank to take money and leave nothing in your account.
