Hi
My name is Monique Sher. I have called in 3 times to cancel my car insurance as I have a cheaper quote from PPS.
Each time I spoke to the call centre, they told me that they need to transfer me to retentions for me to cancel the insurance. They they told me that all their retentions agents were busy and they would log a call for them to call me back. It is now 3 days later and I haven't received a call.
To be honest at the beginning if they could match the price, I would have stayed with miway but I have now had it. Please just process my cancellation and send me a email to this effect.
Such terrible customer service! Do you think that if you don't call your customer's back, they won't cancel???
