Five months after paying the account finish and still waiting for the letter saying its paid in full I started getting phonecalls sms and now emails I have explained so many times emailed explaining the same thing over and over again these people do not understand english three month later I still have them. Saying they will sort it out and then they phone me again to make payment arrangement or sms I have sent so many emails replying to there emails no responce on them I have had deductions from them on my account still waiting for answers on that I have explained to them I started a new job and cannot answer my phone at work only on my lunch brake or after 5 but I still see they try phoning at 10 or 3. I am sick and tired of credit worx you people are useless I have been in contact now with a lady by the name of grace everytime I phone to try and speak to her I get cut off transfered to other people just to be told se is currently not available or on lunch so I send emails still waiting for a reply
