I have been in litigation with absa for 3 years now. they have at a whim obtained judgement which we stopped. we have in addition asked for detailed statements that we could verify the interest calculations. to date the bank refused with their attorneys have never responded or supplied same. toobtain figures from them is like pulling teeth. in the last 2 1/2 years absa have given in excess of ten different figures. every time when we ask for final payment letter then they pull back and they give us the run around and we start from the front. their attorneys velile tinto and associates have also been stringing us along. I have spoken to staff myself who said pay the money into the absa account. then the attorneys block this and so we have been running around.since may 2013 I have been told to pay various amounts. as I want to pay it I was stopped. eventually absa and the attorney colluded in December to come up with again with a fictitious balance. we wanted to pay now absa refuses payment of their fictitious balance. so 2 1/2 years later and we have no relief absa and their actions can be seen as crooked and only to their own benefit. this is the 6th report and no joy!!!
