I sent an email requesting a letter stating that my Experato Account is paid in full and closed. However, Ashley De Bruyn emailed the same thing i got which the bank is declining. I then received a second email sent by Nadine Nel to Bridget M. Setlhako. I received no letter still. I`ve sent several request and even follow up made this morning calling your call centre, i spoke to Vuyokasi. I was told it will be marked as urgent.
I really don`t know if this is the kind of treatment you giving to all your clients. I do hope that management or CEO of SA Macro Loans can see and make a follow up to all clients regarding the kind of treatment you giving clients.
Please provide me with the letter as i have a right as a consumer to have the paid up letter. The letter should state that it for the Experato Account. And not Birdged Contract. I'm applying for finance.
i really wonder who are all other companies giving you accounts to work with.
