I called in today multiple times to enquire about a policy that i took out for building insurance spoke to Natasha, Tumi, Sifiso not was able to assist asked for a manager and was placed on hold up until my airtime ran out alled back again and asked to please call me back as i am calling from a cell the answer was no "Mam we working in an inbound centre" but funny when i called for the quote and the line cut i was called back in a second, my query is that discovery insure was unable to debit my account due to no funds available and then listed me on ITC for not starting cover... what i want to know is how do i remove that off my name can i get a letter stating i don't owe discovery anything that's it CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME AND DO THEIR JOB!!!
