Poor quality of cards - Who should pay

Good day Joseph,
Thank you for your feedback. Your standard procedure of replacing cards less than 6 months old does not make sense and is nothing more than an income generator and does not work for me; My cheque card has survived 15/60 months (25%); while my garage card is not usable for some time. I do not accept your apology, but will change banks tomorrow. Please note you will be losing all 5 clients to whom I have copied this email, all members of my family.
The quality of the cards is your problem; It can be clearly seen that the chip on the cheque card and garage card is much larger than the Credit card. The card is cracking alongside the magnetic strip starting inline with the embedded chip.
