I spoke to a consultant by the name of Thebang yesterday at My branch who I reported a deposit into my Gold Savings account Yesterday she asked me to forward my notification and ID copy to email address [Email Removed] and the lady who replied said to go into an FNB branch but i had already reported with My Branch as my account was opened online. I've just come from The FNB boulders branch and I still have not received any assistance in the mean time I will incur bank charges because of this check that was deposited into account with reference name Gareth for R6000.00. On 03 Feb 2014. I see that the check was unsuccessfully deposited I need urgent attention to this matter.
