I have just been on the phone (5/2/2014) with Yolande Cilliers, quering my insuarnce details and tracking device arrangements. She explained to me, and made very clear all i needed to know as compared to a consultant contacted before her on (31/1/2104). She was well spoken, knew the things/details of what i wanted/has a great attitude and her service was top notch, if only you could get more people like her, maybe our car/insurance/client/queries world would be a whole lot better than it is. People like her make quering/calling for service a pleasurable experience. Many thanks to Yolande Cilliers, she should MOST DEFINITELY keep up the good service.
