Standard Bank - No Service

I visited Standard bank the Grove in Nelspruit today to open a bank account. No one was available, all busy with customers. I couldn't wait any longer and went to Standard bank in Ilanga Mall.
There seems to be very minimal staff working at the Ilanga branch. To be specific, one enquiries clerk and one teller.
One guy walked pass us in the lounge, didn't even ask if he could help us. Eventually we asked the teller if there's someone that can help and he said that the banker was on lunch.
At Ilanga, no one was helpful except the teller. Everyone just ignored us.
Seeing that I've been to two branches to open a bank account, someone better come see me at my office now, otherwise I'll have no choice but to go to another bank.
