I spoke to Brenda in October 2013 about reviewing my policy premium. She advised that she cannot do it in 2013 but will diarize and give me a call in January 2014. I have been phoning her on countless occasions, I have left about 10 messages for her to call me or send me the review with her colleagues. She keeps on promising to call me back but till to this moment, I still await her call. Is this how they do business, false promises. I am even considering moving ALL my business from Discovery including my life policy's. I need this urgently attended to by a TOP MANAGEMENT as Brenda is a total failure, and an embarassment she should be dismissed.
