In October 2013 a woman drove into my vehicle, since then I have been trying to get the payment from her Insurance and Attorneys, it's now going into the 4th month. I have been promised on a weekly basis that paperwork has been submitted and that payment will be made, but to no avail. I get no responses on emails or phone calls whatsoever. The panel beater now wants to charge me even more to get the vehicle fixed as the quote was only valid for 3 months.

What do you stand to do when service is this bad and no one bothers to give you any kind of feedback!
