PATHETIC POLICY AND INSURANCE

I REGISTERED A CLAIM WITH THE INSURANCE AS I HAVE A LEAKING SWIMMING POOL.THIS WAS DOME ONLINE.AFTER ABOUT 3 DAYS I RECEIVED A VOICEMAIL FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON JUST SAYING PIPES ARE NOT COVERED, NO NAME OR CONTACT NUMBER WAS LEF.PIPES ARE NOT THE ISSUES.IN FACT NOWHERE IN MY CLAIM DID I MENTION PIPES AND NO ONE ASSESSED THE POOL TO CONCLUDE THAT THE PIPES ARE LEAKING.IT SEEMS AS IF SOMEONE RECEIVED THE CLAIM ON THEIR DESK AND DECIDED THAT THE PIPES ARE LEAKING (THIS WITHOUT ASSESING THE ISSUE) HOW DID THEY COME TO THIS CONCLUSION. TO THINK THAT I AM PAYING OVERINFLATED PREMIUMS FOR AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT CLEARLY SEEMS TO BE NON EXISTANT
