FNB ATM'S OFF

Hi. Please help. On Saterday I went first to Stephens Spare FNB ATM to withdraw money - it was off.
I then went to iemas Vanderbijlpark petrol station FNB ATM and also it was off.

I had no choice but to withdraw from a absa atm as I needed the money asap.

The driving around looking for atm's cost money.

I just feel that FNB is at fault and not me. Could FNB please not charge me and if they did refund the money to
me for using another ATM.

PLEASE???
