I noticed that my policy deduction has not gone off and that Tracker has deducted monies from my account. i have phoned dial direct and after 30min i have been told that MiWay cancelled the policy and i also find that the details of the vehicles of the policy to be cancelled are not my vehicles so not sure how they got to my policy. i am now waiting for the call back that should have been an half hour later and is now an hour later and still no call to re instate my policy and also waiting for the letter or correspondence from MiWay to cancel the policy to me e mailed thru as well. I cannot believe that tracker got my banking details from a third party as they never contacted me so looks like it is available to who ever and that after all the years I've been with Dial Direct no one phoned to even find out why and is there a problem.
