Not attending to important requests

We are a brokerage company providing clients with the most affordable but yet comprehensive insurance cover. The vehicle of our client, mr. AJ du Bruyn, was written off in December 2013. The insurance company, ONE, paid the finance company MFC the amount of R 79 943.75 on 22/1/2014 as the vehicle is subject to a finance agreement. The amount of R 19 156.25 will only be paid to the client after the insurance company receives the registration document from MFC.The insurance company have send numerous requests and follow ups from 16/1/2014 but received no registration document up to date. Today we personally stepped in and spoke to Themba Dlamini at MFC where we were told that if a request for the registration document is sent to the [Email Removed] email adress, the request will not be attended to neither forwarded to the correct department for allocation as it is not the correct departments email adress (in the meantime MFC has requested outstanding documents from this email adress from insur com). Because of the delay in receiving the registration document from MFC the client cannot receive his money to pay deposit on a vehicle as he has been without a vehicle for more than a month
