I purchased R450 worth of pre-paid electricity through FNB online banking on sunday 02/02/2014. (R150 and then R300) The transaction was "successful" and a message informed me I should check my purchase history for my token numbers. It is now almost Wednesday, and nothing shows under purchase history... no purchases despite having downloaded the receipts and receiving sms's... so I contacted FNB - but no surprise FNB "DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY DUE TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER" DO US A FAVOUR FNB DO NOT OFFER US A SERVICE THAT COSTS US MONEY... DO NOT OFFER ANY PREPAID ACCOUNTS WHEN YOUR LINK IS NOT WORKING YOU WASH YOUR HANDS. THANK YOU FOR COSTING ME SO MUCH MONEY AND THANK YOU FOR NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
