FNB BUSINESS BANKING DOES'NT LIVE UP TO THE AD

I APPLIED AT FNB TO GET MY BUSINESS REGISTERED WITH CIPRO AND GET A BUSINESS ACCOUNT OPEN AS WELL . THE BUSINESS IS REGISTERED BUT MY FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT IS STILL INACTIVE. I RECEIVED MY CARD ON 29/01/2014, THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE PAPER WORK STATES THAT ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED IN 48 HOURS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE YESTERDAY TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED, I WAS ADVISED THAT I'LL RECEIVE A CALL AND THE ACCOUNT WILL BE ACTIVE. CALLED THIS MORNING THEY ADVISED THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AT 1PM STILL HAD NO CALL. I CALLED BACK AGAIN THIS TIME THEY ADVISE ME THEY HAVE A BACKLOG.
