NO SERVICE AT ALL

I stay in Ermelo during the week and in Secunda on the weekends. This past weekend I left my bank card in Secunda. During my lunch hour I went to Ermelo FNB and enquired at the teller whether she can help me to draw money from my account with my ID so that I could have money until I could get my card back to Ermelo. The teller said that as I did not open the account in Ermelo she could not help me, I needed to report my card lost and apply for a new one. There are only two people working at customer services and 11 people in line at 13:30. I start work again at 14:00. I am very angry that nobody made any effort to assist me with this problem.
