Giving out personal information

An Fnb Agent called my land line and gave all my personal information to my mother who has no signing power over my account.

personal information given to her: Last payment made, when i used my account and they allowed her to cancel my card!!

this is something that they should have spoken to me about as I am the account holder, i think this person should be fired on the spot and not even given a warning, I also think Fnb should do something to assure me that this will never happen again in the future as this has happened twice to me where they have given her my information. It has nothing to do with no one what, and where and when i draw money or use my bank account.

I am highly annoyed by this and am seriously considering banking with another bank!!
