Around the 14th December 2013 I sent a letter to the insurer about cancellation of policy no:9031065.In the same month the debited my account, even in January. Today on the 4th february I called them and a lady who answered my call said I should hold while I am being transferred, I held the line for almost 20 minutes with no response. I want my way to cancel the policy and stop their debits on my account, effective immediately.
