As a former employee, I am very disappointed with the service I received from SBSA. Two weeks ago, SBSA were experiencing problems with the card readers at some of the retail stores, therefore I had to go to the nearest ATM to make a withdrawal however that did not work as well because the ATMs were down. I then decided to go to use another banks ATM. I made the withdrawal but the money did not come out yet the funds were debited from my account! On the 28th Jan, I went into the nearest branch to log a call, the consultant told me not to worry it will take 4 business days! I did a follow up call this morning, another consultant told me that the information that was on my call was not completed and that it will take another 12 business days for the claim to be processed! This is the worst service I have ever received from Standard Bank - South Africa. Highly disappointed!
