Account not closed???

I paid off my entire loan in December 2013. The lady on the phone said when i do this my account will automatically be closed.
Now i see on my last 3 months bank statements that im being charged R57 per month for the loan!!
Please close this loan account and refund me the loan fees after i paid it in full as you consultant said would happen!!
