Capitec takes 9 months for investigation

Capitec bank, what a load of, first u freeze my money!!! And then take 10 months to investigate, and after freezing my money even although I have explained that I have been a victime of, u request for an affidavide stating where the funds comes from so it can be verified, which I have given to the manager, I have even requested that the funds be paid back into the respective account it came from, which was 10500, I have only used 4000 and should have the rest which is still frozen, any funds prior to that I am unaware of as my personal information has been with my cell phone

So yeah 10 months of investigation, well done
Its just the same as how people salaries r been drawn out of their accounts whilst they still have their bank cards, which is what I have also been reading on hello peter

I must say capitec is the worst bank eve
