I am very disappointed about my bank the way they handling my case my ceiling boards was damage and they is water is coming under my floor they damage my tiles because of rain. I report this to my insurance the reference no. C011410010788 after that they sand a SMS to confirm that after they sand a builder into my house. the builder sand a report in to my insurance and my insurance they told me that it is my mistake because my roof is not well maintain but the water that is coming under my floor they a not say any thing about and they told me that they a will to fix my ceiling board. i spoke to Zanele and Tsakane bot of them they tell me same thing but today i phone the insurance they change the holly story they told me that it is my mistake if the water is coming under my floor is my mistake and my roof is leaking is my mistake. I am very disappointed about NEDBANK INSURANCE
