"We beat your current Insurance premium or pay you R400"
This is a lie. I know so because it happened to me twice. Last year i tried and i waited for a link to claim the R400 and this year i did again, same results. The agent was even reluctant to give me his name because he knew i was gonna name and shame him.
My previous reference number i got from their representative after complaining here last year was 4592208. It didn't help at all.
