On this day of the 3rd of Feb 2014, I was at Absa Bank Branch-Durban City on Anton Lembede Street around 08/09 am. As I walked in, I was greeted and attended to by a very friendly employee of Absa Bank by the name of Ash Pillay. This wonderful lady went out of her way to assist me as I was already frustrated by NOT receiving the help I needed at the Enquiries counter. I walked out of the Bank smililng after she had assisted me. It was clear to me that she is very passionate about customers service.
