I haad lost a phone 14 November 2013 i went to claim at cresta 16 December. we blacklisted the phone and will fill in the claim and we fax it to the Finrite office. 2 Days after call center from Finrite call me and said why i didn't go to the police station to get a case number and i told him nobody advice about, and i did the claim at the MTN store. And he told me i will not get my phone because of that, im like really i took this insurance 2011 and now i won't get anything for that? and he said yes. Till today i still do not have phone and they still debiting and i don't for which phone because i lost the phone they were supposes to cover me for. Today i called to cancell and they told me they still need to take my money one last time. This people are nothing but blood suckers... people please be aware of this insurance.
