FNB's Advertising is False!

I made the mistake of switching my bank to FNB. They're useless, unprofessional and now 6 months later debit orders are still being processed from the wrong accounts. I've probably dealt with 7 different people, all always promising it will be sorted out but if you don't follow up with them nothing happens. The most useless is the branch manager as well as premier banking resolutions team. I have emails where they promise it has been taken care of - yet I am still being fined by my previous bank for debit orders not going though. They say they will fix it then just disappear into thin air... I wish I never made the decision to switch banks. It has been a nightmare experience and now I am stuck with them... On Friday I got a call from another apologising and asking me to sign and fax more forms through. SERIOUSLY??? AGAIN??? You can shove your forms you inadequate lot of hooligans!!! I have signed many forms to date you stupid people!!! Who will be refunding me the fines my previous bank is charging me. We are looking at nearly R 800 in total thus far. I don't even want to talk to them anymore - that's where I'm at...
