In December I used my multi loan, and capitec decided to take the money in December when in fact it was only due to be paid in January. I queried this and they refunded me saying that in January when they deduct the amount i will need to go to the bank and just reactivate it... it will be simple and easy they said. YEAH RIGHT!! i spent thursday and friday afternoon in the bank and the issue is still not resolved. A gliche on there system has now become my problem. I am annoyed and am very close to leaving capitec I have been a good customer for years and this is how they treat me.
