In December I went to Standard Bank in Westgate Mall, Mitchells plain to add SARS as a benefiaciry to my account. I have asked the person to load R500.00 as a limit, because he insisted I gave him a limit.
I tried transferring money to the beneficiary and it would not allow me to. For days I tried to get hold of the brnach or the call centre, to no avail. Today I got hold of the call centre, they tried to transfer me to the branch, to no avail. I was told someone from the branch will call me, I am still waiting. Your service is extremely bad, i willnot go back and stand in a long qeue, to recitfy mistakes made by the bank.
What happended to treating your customer fairly???
