My car is been hit by hail last year, After I have put a claim I called to to negotiate my premium as it was getting higher, well Mohomed picked up and he was very rude, I let it go and I dint take it to heart, But today I called and I was having some concerns that I need to address with the person responsible for my claim.

Mohomed picked up, he dint give me a chance to explain my deepest concern. I so wish that next time when I call he must not assist me cause he is unfriendly and too quick to judge. I am definitely not happy with his assistance
