My wife took out a loan with Capital bank a few months ago and she went on maternity leave and I have call and made a arrangement with payment which they said they will, which they have not, then a month later we discovery that the full payment have been made when we enquired they person didn't do the arrangements, and when my wife got paid on Friday they have take everything out of her account which was out rent money and now we sitting in such a mess because of the and we went to the Southgate branch on Saturday to find out, we call Bongani Radebe and he don't know what the his doing there. he can't even explain properly. and then do me he will get his manager to call me which didn't happen. and said the amount that suppose to be deducted is R2000 and something but they have take R5000 and something... and now because your bank is so unfair I will be taking the very high because firstly my wife is a contractor and they didn't even call to find out if she was employed ..now I will go to the bank seta's and ombudsman, and I want the amount reversed and I want to close her account with you and I will close my account as well.
