Good morning!
I have not seen the inside of a branch in years and do banking online and through my premier banker. Had to visit a branch to assist my son opening his first account and was shocked to be no. 50 in line to get to a consultant.
We spent 3 hours in Newton Park branch on Saturday and instead of being frustrated and angry I walked out smiling and happy to be a customer at FNB.
There isn't enough space here to tell the whole story but the staff at FNB made the difference!
From where we were greeted by the floor manager to where we met Khaya Simanyile two and a half hours later we NEVER felt left alone.
That's how FNB helped me and I am proud to bank with FNB!
