Hi

I have been trying to stop an unknown (Headline) debit on my banking account with no luck. I went to Dobsonville Branch they told me I must contact Standard Bank.

Firstly I don't bank with Standard Bank I bank with Nedbank, these people started debiting R39, it went to R78, it went to R117.10, Nedbank is charging me for that but when I tell them I don't know those people they must stop them they say I must contact Standard Bank. I don't know why they can't stop them and refund me my money.

You are my last hope guys.
