My father Marthinus Phillips Prinsloo has passed away on the 03.01.2014.
The WILL was handed in on the 10th 01.2014, already at the PINETOWN branch, and since then we have not heard anything, or received any communication regarding this matter.
We don't know who the lawyer is, or what is happening. And this is a matter of urgency as family members that does not belong at the flat has keys for the flat, which should have been handed in, why this has not been asked and why this has not been done, I would like to know, as they don't belong at the flat, and my father has left his belonging flat to me that is in Stanger Street in Durban. I really would like someone to contact me regarding this sensitive matter as my father has passed away from a battle against cancer and now I have to battle with getting this matter sorted, and being kept in the dark is not fare toward family. I will be moving into the flat on the 28.02.2014 and we need to get this matter sorted before then. please get into contact with me should we hand in the keys for the flat, will the executer - the bank absa do an inventory on the flat? what will happened from here.
should I change the locks on the flat?
